Public Tanzania pages reference Vodacom/M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas and HaloPesa. An older Mixx/Tigo campaign page shows TSh100–TSh5,000,000 for that particular flow and warns that telco fees apply, but its promotion dates have passed. Do not treat those figures as universal current limits: verify the values inside the authenticated cashier before approving a request.
Deposit steps
- Sign in on the official Tanzania domain.
- Open the deposit section.
- Select a payment method currently listed.
- Enter an amount within the predetermined budget.
- Confirm the phone number and wallet prompt.
- Approve once and wait for a final status.
- Compare wallet and account history.
Use a wallet you control and retain the transaction reference. If the wallet is debited but the account is not credited, capture the amount, exact time, reference and status before contacting official support.
Avoid duplicate deposits
A slow interface can tempt repeated clicks. First check the wallet history and operator account. Starting another deposit does not cancel the first request.
Charges and bonuses
Payment-provider charges or taxes may apply under the operator terms. A bonus can also restrict which deposit method qualifies. Read the payment and promotion rules separately and ensure the wallet balance covers the intended deposit plus any provider charge.
Never send funds to a personal number supplied outside the authenticated cashier. TanzaniaWin cannot receive or trace deposits.
